13.1 – week 4
This week has been rather anticlimactic. My Long Run was 2.5 miles on Sunday, which is shorter than what I run during each of my two 30 minute workouts. The 30 minute walk workout this week was about double that, since I decided to combine errands and exercise and walked to the Farmer’s market (about 30 minutes each way).
This coming week will be a repeat since I got off in my calendar week counting and started training a week too early. I didn’t catch this until I was well into week 3. Four weeks. I am starting to get a feel for the road that lies ahead of me. All 15 weeks of it.
I think I need to look for some local 5Ks to participate in. This single focus of 13.1 miles is a little … um … well … too singular for me.
